This Referral Program Policy (“Policy”) forms part of Nailit Design’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Where the documents diverge, the Terms of Use prevail.

1. Eligibility

Any individual aged 18 years or older may become a “Referrer”. Companies or agencies may participate only if their representative accepts these rules on the company’s behalf.

2. One-time reward

A single reward is paid for each new “Client” you introduce, even if that Client later purchases additional plans.

3. Reward amount

The Referrer earns USD 250 to USD 500, depending on the plan purchased by the Client on first checkout.

4. When the reward is earned

A reward is “earned” only after:

A client has paid Nailit Design in full for the selected plan, and Nailit Design has delivered all services included in that plan.

Nailit Design has delivered all services included in that plan and the Client has accepted them, and included in that plan.
Nailit Design and the Client have officially completed the work under that plan.

5. Payment timing & method

Timing. The reward is paid within ten (10) business days after the plan has been completed.

Method. Payment is made once, via one of the payout methods the Referrer chose at registration (Revolut link, Payoneer request, international bank transfer, cryptocurrency, etc.).
Identity. Funds are sent only to the name and payment credentials provided in the referral form. If those details later differ, Nailit Design may withhold payment and terminate the relationship.
Cryptocurrency payments are deemed completed at the moment the transaction is broadcast to the relevant blockchain network. The exchange rate is fixed at the timestamp of broadcast. Network (gas) fees are deducted from the reward amount. Nailit Design bears no liability for subsequent market volatility.

6. Invalid or duplicate leads

Self-referrals, duplicates, or leads generated by spam or inaccurate information are void.

7. Withholding or claw-back

If a Client’s payment is refunded, reversed, or deemed fraudulent, Nailit Design may withhold or recover the related reward.

8. Data we collect for the programme

We collect your name, email and payout details solely to administer rewards. These data are treated as Personal Data under §§8-10 of the Privacy Policy and are shared only with payment processors.

9. Tax responsibility

The Referrer is responsible for all taxes arising from the reward. Nailit Design can supply payment confirmations upon request.

10. Changes & termination

Nailit Design may amend, suspend or terminate this programme at any time. Rewards already earned before the change will be honoured.

11. Sanctions & Compliance

Nailit Design reserves the right to refuse or withhold any reward if the Referrer or the Client is, or becomes, subject to economic sanctions, trade restrictions, or any applicable “know-your-customer” (KYC) or anti-money-laundering (AML) concerns.
The Referrer must promptly provide any information reasonably requested to demonstrate compliance with sanctions and AML laws. Failure to do so will result in automatic forfeiture of the reward.

12. Tax Documentation

The Referrer is solely responsible for all taxes arising from any reward.

13. Governing law & disputes

This Policy is governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes follow the dispute-resolution clause in the Terms of Use.
